"It’s October 25th 1929 and Palmers Peak Productions is delighted to invite you to a launch party for a new moving picture ‘A Home For Heroes’. There is great excitement as this will be the very first ‘talking’ picture produced by the studio. You will mingle with renowned silent movie stars, writers, directors and there might even be an opportunity for you to audition for a role in the actual picture. You are encouraged to look the part – think old Hollywood!!!

Rub shoulders with Mr. David Armstrong, distinguished writer and director; Miss Pauline Astor ‘the darling’ of the silent era; Mr Guy Portland a true ‘matinee idol; Miss Fiona Turner, glamour personified; Stevie Eccles, the doyen of the dance floor and Miss Kelly Arthur, young, ambitious  and very beautiful!!

But all is not as glossy and glamorous beneath the surface as petty jealousies, deep seated resentments, dark threats and murderous intentions rise to the surface.

Listen carefully, observe intently and help our intrepid inspector in this full blooded night of murder, mystery and intrigue. Join in the fun as you question the suspects and scrutinise the evidence. Could you be the first to unravel the motives and solve the crime?"
